Description:
The Tropical Hibiscus floral wall hanging is from the book FLoral Fantasies by Lennie Honcoop,
and features Hot Ribbon Appliqué.
(In lieu of Hot Ribbon for the appliqué, students may elect to do satin stitching instead.)
Originating in Asia and the Pacific islands,
there are thousands of varieties and colors of Hibiscus.
The flower is stunning for its size and coloration, and Batik fabrics are ideal for this pattern.
You'll have as much fun selecting the perfect fabrics and colors for your wall hanging
as making it!!
The book is required since it has the pattern included inside. However, because the directions state that the pattern must be enlarged from the page in the book, the teacher will provide the enlarged patterns for the students at no cost.
