Description:
Students will learn how to read a commercial pattern, and
learn basic sewing skills.
They will cut out their pattern and hand bag.
They will learn to follow and sew according to directions on the pattern.
Tote bag can be an option; pattern is provided by the instructor.
Class Duration: Two (2) sessions of 3 hours each. Size: 6 - 10 Pre-requisites: Students must be at least 10 years old, or 9 years old with sewing machine experience. Some sewing experience is helpful, but Mary does teach the students basics (first time sewing) on their machines and hand sewing. Materials required: Please download and read the supply list. When:
