Hope all of you had a great Labor Day Weekend!
In addition to spending time with our families,
as most of you know,
Labor Day is that all important annual milestone that says:
Time to pursue your "Labor of Love", quilting,
because cooler weather and the holidays are approaching!
To help you get started,
we welcome you to come and
Meet the Teachers!
This Friday, September 5th from 6:30 until 9:00,
you'll get a chance to learn -
from the teachers themselves -
about a wonderful set of classes coming up
that are sure to spark your creative juices and tap into your reservoir of energy.
There'll be time to mix and we'll have snacks and refreshments on hand -
plus, you'll get 15% off all non-sale merchandise and a chance to win some raffle door prizes!

In my last newsletter, I announced that we received a large initial shipment of absolutely gorgeous
hand-dyed, felted
wools
from Blackberry Primitives.
Many of you have stopped by to oogle and fondle them.
But, guess what?
The rest of the shipment came in,
so there's more to hyperventilate over!
Only 2 weeks away so you better "dash through your stash"
to find those scraps you're willing
to turn in at our shop for cash!
From Saturday, September 13th through Saturday, September 20th,
bring your fabric scraps into our shop
and you'll get one Quilter's Paradise dollar for every pound of fabric scraps up to 30 pounds.
You may then spend your Quilter's Paradise dollars for any merchandise in the shop.
We will donate the fabric scraps to several local organizations who make charity quilts.
Please note that we ask that donated scraps be approximately fat quarter size or larger.
