Hello, my Quilters in Paradise!

We're just over half-way through our Cash for Stash event and I'm thrilled to say that we have received well over 500 pounds of really great fabric donations so far (see picture)! There's still time ... through this coming Saturday (September 20th), bring your fabric scraps into our shop and you'll get one Quilter's Paradise dollar for every pound of fabric scraps up to 30 pounds. You may then spend your Quilter's Paradise dollars for any merchandise in the shop. We're donating the fabric scraps to several local organizations who make charity quilts. Please note that on behalf of these organizations, we ask that donated scraps be approximately fat quarter size or larger.

For those of you who do machine quilting, I'm happy to say that we are now one of the very few shops in Southern California who carry Machine Quilting Unlimited and Unlimited Possibilities magazines. Chock full of informative articles written by leading machine quilting experts, I've found these magazines indispensible in helping me improve my skills and knowledge and keeping me abreast of the latest techniques.

Many of you have been anxiously awaiting the arrival of the Little Gypsy Gripper. We finally received them so wait no more! Also, I put our newly acquired laser cutter to work and with it we've created The Quilter's Noteholder, perfect for use in your home or as a gift!
