Please note that the minimum amount of time normally required to complete a quilt is 6 weeks.  If you require a shorter turnaround time, a $50 expedite fee will be assessed.  If you fill out the form electronically, the form will automatically let you know if the due date is less than 6 weeks and check the appropriate box for whether expedite fees apply or not.
