Wholesale Information

Thank-you for your interest in the products that we wholesale! (Wholesale products have a "Request Wholesale Information" button below the picture of the product on our online shopping cart.) To place a wholesale order with us, we require your contact information and a copy of your Seller's Permit. The form below may be used to send the contact information and you may either fax a copy of your Seller's Permit to 760-738-9877 or send it as an attachment to an email to orders@quiltersparadiseesc.com.

Below is basic wholesale information that should answer most questions. However, we are happy to answer any questions that you have. You may enter your questions or comments into the Comments/Questions field in the form below, or give us a call.

Payment

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover Card and American Express.

Shipping

We ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS) and UPS. Unless you have a specific preference, we will select the carrier that is most cost-effective. We only charge the actual cost of shipping.

Minimums

Kits and Patterns

Initial orders for kits and patterns must total at least $120 (not including shipping). Thereafter, orders may be in any amount.

Longarm / Midarm Accessories

Wholesale sales of Longarm / Midarm Accessory products, such as the Grip-Lite^TM Side Clamps and LeaderMate^TM Quilt Mounting System, are through businesses whose primary business is sewing/Longarm/Midarm machines and/or supplies. Grip-Lite^TM Side Clamps are sold in multiples of 12 sets of clamps. Initial orders for LeaderMate Systems must total at least $300 (not including shipping). Thereafer, orders may be in any amount.

Batting

Wholesale orders must be for entire rolls, boards or packages in any quantity. For pillow forms, there is a minimum of 4 of a given size.
