and a copy of your Seller's Permit.

Payment
We accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover Card.
Shipping
We ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS) and UPS.
Unless you have a specific preference,
we will select the carrier that is most cost-effective.
We only charge the actual cost of shipping.
Minimums
Initial orders must total at least $120 (not including shipping) and payable by credit card.
Thereafter, orders may be in any amount.
Other
Wholesale sales of Longarm / Midarm Accessory products,
such as the Grip-LiteTM Side Clamps and LeaderMateTM Quilt Mounting System,
are through businesses whose primary business
is sewing/Longarm/Midarm machines and/or supplies.
Grip-LiteTM Side Clamps are sold in multiples of 12 sets of clamps.
